- עַתּוּדm. (b. h.; עָתַד) (leader of the flock, ram.Pl. עַתּוּדִים. Num. R. s. 13 ואין ע׳ אלא לשון עמידה ʿattudim has the meaning of standing (readiness). Y.Ab. Zar.
